Women's Self-Defense Seminar

This class is structured to teach participants to have the assertiveness and the confidence to think and react in the event they get approached by a stranger intending to harm them. Just like we do in our children's class, we will use role playing and costumed strangers to give a real scenario situation. The class will give safe and practical strategies to help you know what to do in the event you are approached.
